Bid Package 3 for this project will be the building enclosure, MEP, Civil/Landscape, interior build-out, and finishes for the renovation and expansion to the existing Ubben Basketball Complex. The scope includes exterior walls, misc. metals, stairs, handrails, roofing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security, A/V, food service equipment, hydro therapy pools and equipment, interior walls, ceilings, finishes, misc. equipment, exterior landscape, parking lot, sidewalks, site elements and final site grading for the addition and selective demolition of existing elements of the Ubben Basketball Complex.
