This Addendum 02 supplements and amends the project manual and the drawings, and shall be taken into account in preparing this proposal, and shall become a part of the contract documents. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum by listing he number and date, where provided, on the bid form (document provided by the contractor.) This Addendum updates specification and drawing information only and does not alter the previously published bid date(s).

The scope will include at minimum, renovation of existing interior spaces including walls, doors, finishes and all associated Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical work. The existing building MEP systems will be reconfigured to serve the remodeled areas in addition to receiving new fixtures and finishes throughout and hazardous materials abated. This project shall involve removing and remaking infrastructure. The first floor of the ESB Tower is currently served by an AHU located in the basement mechanical space. This AHU and other abandoned equipment shall be removed, and a new AHU installed to serve the project areas.
