Project Description
The Springfield campus of the University of Illinois is seeking statements of qualifications from Professional Services Consultants interested in providing the Springfield campus with architectural services on a retainer basis. Each agreement will be for one year (beginning July 1, 2018 and ending June 30, 2019) with options to annually renew for up to three additional year periods (July 1 through June 30) for a total of four years, with the opportunity to make adjustments in the scheduled hourly rates after each renewal.

Architectural Services required under this contract include, but are not limited to; feasibility studies, programming, program analysis, and remodeling projects. In addition, the ability to provide a full range of professional services under the contract is required; including in-house rendering capabilities, cost modeling, preliminary design, construction documents, procurement (bidding) assistance, construction administration, construction observation, and post-construction services. The Professional Services Consultant should have access to consulting resources that provide diverse experience and expertise to include but not be limited to accessibility, instructional and research lab, instructional space, housing, food service, retail, roofing, envelope design, sustainability, systems building, signage, interior architecture, FF&E, EH&S, elevator, IT, AV and sport/recreational type projects.
