Project Description
The University of Illinois is seeking professional services consultant for the planning, design, bid/award, and construction phase services for the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts (KCPA) - Exterior Renovation. The scope of work for this project includes the cleaning, repair, and re-pointing of all of the exterior masonry walls as well as the investigation and repair/replacement of the exterior glazed opening on the upper level west side of the Great Hall.
