Project Description
The Illinois State Geological Survey (ISGS) requests the expertise of multiple Professional Land Surveyors for the survey documentation services for up to 649 miles of geodetic leveling around the perimeter of southern and western Illinois. The University will hire up to 5 consultant teams for 5 level lines. Level lines will be Second Order, First Class survey level lines suitable for submission to the National Geodetic Survey (NGS). Teams may consist of sub-consultants that will install monuments and derive the route and submit it to NGS for acceptance and issuance of "L" number.
