Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is seeking professional services consultant for the design, bid/award, and construction phase services for the Foellinger Auditorium Balcony Seating Renovation. Foellinger Auditorium was constructed in 1907 and serves as an instructional, cultural, and entertainment center. This building has been listed as eligible for the National Register of Historic Places. A renovation was completed in 2008 to replace the lower level seating. The anticipated construction period for the balcony renovation will be during the summer break of 2014.
