Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign requests statements of qualifications from professional services consultants interested in providing design, bid management, and the construction administration for this project. Parking Lot E-14 is bound by Kirby Avenue, Oak Street, First Street and St. Mary's Road. The successful Professional Service Consultant will survey the existing condition of the lighting system and infrastructure for Parking Lot E-14 and provide complete construction documents for necessary improvements. The project will include removing and replacing buried cable, light foundations, light poles, and light fixtures. The project will also include excavation, patching of backfill and pavement for trenching, rerouting of feeders for Oak Street and Kirby Avenue streetlights, new contactors, controls and feeder inside of the Physical Plant Services Building (located at northwest corner of Oak and Kirby), new 25 KVA transformer, and replacement of hand holes and junction boxes.
