Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is seeking a professional services consultant for the design, bid/award, and construction phase services for the Newmark Civil Engineering Building Crane Bay Infill. This infill project will build-out a portion of the existing crane bay and provide added functional space for the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. The new addition will be four stories and will provide innovative “dry lab” research spaces that are flexible in configuration and dynamically shared based on research needs.
