Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is seeking a professional services consultant for the design, bid/award and construction phase services associated with the Armory Building �?? South Exterior Envelope & Floors 1 and 2 Office Remodeling Project to renovate and upgrade approximately 18,800 gross square feet in this campus landmark facility, eligible for listing on the National Registry of Historic Places, (Bldg. #0006 - 505 East Armory, Champaign, IL - Central Campus; North Edge of Military Axis) to improve academic and administrative operations.
