Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is seeking a Professional Services Consultant for the planning, conceptualization, design, bid/award, construction, and warranty phase services for the Civil Engineering Hydrosystems Laboratory Renovation and Expansion project. The Professional Services Consultant (PSC) shall provide a Conceptualization Phase Report which describes the following scope of work, preliminary design, cost estimate, and schedule for this project. At completion of the Conceptualization Phase, the University shall work with the PSC to determine the final scope of work,budget, and schedule to proceed into the design, bid/award, construction, and warranty phases of this project.
