The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is seeking a professional services consultant for the conceptualization, design, bid/award, and construction phase services for the Smith Memorial Hall -- Infrastructure and Life Safety �?? Phase II project. Smith Memorial Hall, located at 805 South Mathews Avenue, Urbana, IL, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
