Project Description
he Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is seeking Professional Service Consultants (PSC) for the design, bid/award, construction phase, and warranty services for the Medical Sciences Building - Carle Illinois College of Medicine Renovation located at 506 South Mathews, Urbana. This project shall renovate areas of the first, second, and third floors of the Medical Sciences Building for the recently formed Carle Illinois College of Medicine. This renovation shall improve the overall image of the spaces and upgrade the functionality of the programmed areas that will serve the College. This project will provide new student team rooms, classroom spaces, library resource areas, anatomy labs, a virtual reality learning center, and administrative office areas. This project will also renovate lobby, corridor, and restrooms spaces on the first, second, and third floors.
