Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is seeking a Professional Services Consultant (PSC) for the design (schematic design, design development, & construction documents), bid/award, construction administration and warranty phase services for the Illinois Street Residence (ISR) - Townsend & Wardall Halls Renovation.

The Illinois Street Residence Halls (Townsend & Wardall Halls) started construction in 1962 and were occupied in the fall of 1964. The facilities have not had any significant upgrades and are in need of a major renovation.

This project shall renovate the major building infrastructure including the architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing system.
