Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign requests statements of qualifications from Professional Services Consultants interested in providing the Urbana-Champaign campus with architectural services on a retainer basis. Up to four (4) firms may be selected. Each agreement will be for one fiscal year (beginning July 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2018) with options to annually renew for up to three additional fiscal year periods (July 1 through June 30) for a total of four years, with the opportunity to make adjustments in the scheduled hourly rates at each renewal.

Architectural Services required under this contract include, but are not limited to; feasibility studies, programming, program analysis, and renovation and remodeling projects. In addition, the ability to provide a full range of professional services under the contract is required; including but not limited to: in-house rendering capabilities, cost modeling, preliminary design, construction documents, procurement (bidding) assistance, construction administration, construction observation, and post-construction services. The Professional Services Consultant should also have access to consulting resources that provide diverse experience and expertise to provide incidental services related to, or part of, those which the Architectural Retainer owes under the primary contract. Such services include but are not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior design, structural, civil, landscape, environmental, cost estimating, and any other specialty consulting services required to successfully complete each Architectural Retainer project.
