These desires to increase the project scope of work are in connection with the Krannert Center for Performing Arts - Accessibility and Elevator Upgrades at the Urbana-Champaign campus of the University of Illinois.

Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is seeking a professional services consultant team for the conceptualization, design, bid/award, and construction and warranty phase services for the Krannert Center for Performing Arts - Accessibility and Elevator Upgrades (U19035) project. The Krannert Center for the Performing Arts (0052) building is located at 500 South Goodwin, Urbana, Illinois. The Krannert Center for the Performing Arts is eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Buildings. This project shall include improving accessibility in the Colwell Playhouse Theatre and the modernization of KCPA Elevator 1 and Elevator 2. Additional information can be referenced within the attached program statement.
