The Univeristy is purchasing electronic serials, subscriptions, and databases from vendor for Brookens Library for the term of July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes in the procurement code because the procurement expenditures are for periodicals and books procured for use by a university library or academic department, except for expenditures related to procuring textbooks for student use or materials for resale or rental.
