Membership agreement to provide the following services to the State Farm Center. Outreach to agents, promoters, producers and artist reps on behalf of the venue. identify business and booking ops, provide industry updates and developments, conference calls to discuss issues, share venue info, meet with venue and conferences, advertising on the Coalition's website, collect ad distribute relevant industry info, and talent buying services
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for athletic, artistic or musical services, performances, events, or productions by or for a public institution of higher education. (30 ILCS 500 / 1-13(b)(4)) State Farm Center uses Venue Coalition to seek out talent. This is exempt from the code according to (30 ILCS 500 / 1-13(b)(4)).
