The provision of bond/special counsel services to assist with the issuance of revenue bonds, certificates of participation and other taxable and tax-exempt obligations and to provide on-going legal advice concerning outstanding obligations. Any award will be for the period July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2014 with options for renewal.
