In the best interest of the State and upon further review of all bid solicitation submissions, this award notice will be cancelled due to "ambiguous or otherwise inadequate specification" per Higher Ed rule Section 4.2040 b)1)D. Furthermore, after consultation with the funding and end using department, the University will not re-bid at this time as it "no longer requires the supplies or services" per Higher Ed rule Section 4.2040 b)1)A. The University will re-evaluate the need for this solicitation next year.
This award corrects and replaces the award posted below on April 9, 2018.
The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.

All labor, material, and equipment necessary to prep existing floor and to provide and install new floor covering and cove base on an individual floor in Bayliss and Henninger Halls on the WIU campus. Mandatory pre-bid and site visit is scheduled for March 27, 2018 at 1:15 PM CST in WIU's Physical Plant Large Training Room, Macomb, IL.
