Project Description
This project is for the Replacement of two existing roof sections of the at Lantz Arena totaling approximately 7,000 square feet. Scope of work will include tearoff and disposal of existing roofing systems, membrane underlayments, insulation, flashings and accessories (including fasteners) to expose the existing roof decks. Installation of new singleply roofing systems including EPDM membrane, coverboard, insulation, vapor barrier, accessories, required flashings, and modification of existing rooftop mechanical items as shown on drawings and specified in the project manual.

An optional pre-bid meeting will be held at Eastern Illinois University at the Lantz Arena at 11:00 a.m. Central Time on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. Immediately following will be a site visit. This will be the ONLY opportunity for visual inspection of work site prior bid opening.
