Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) requests qualified firms to submit proposals to provide an affordable, flexible and expandable multi-store retail management, POS and e-commerce solution to meet the current and emerging needs of the University, specifically for Cougar Store (University Bookstore), Textbook Service, and Athletics Dept.

Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
There is a 30 percent BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details.
There is a 3 percent Veteran-owned business goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details.
The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
