Joaquin Zihtanejo to provide 2 virtual conference sessions 12/5/2020 for Young Adult Literature Conference for one hour as an opening with teachers and another on 01/16/2021 for Teachers As Writers session for about an hour and a half.

This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for performing sponsored research and other sponsored activities under grants and contracts funded by the sponsor or by sources other than State appropriations.
