Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) has contracted with Wedge Innovation Center, LLC, for a membership to expand SIUE's delivery of curriculum through diverse programming, services, and professional development opportunities in collaboration with area business professionals and technology leaders to drive education, innovation, and economic growth across the bi-state region.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for membership in professional, academic, research, or athletic organizations on behalf of a public institution of higher education, an employee of a public institution of higher education, or a student at a public institution of higher education.
