The University awarded a contract for Comprehensive Digital Repository Solution Software.
Southern Illinois University Edwardsville awarded a 3-year contract for Comprehensive Digital Repository Solution Software that meets the needs of all of SIUE campus college and schools to Watermark Insights LLC.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for procurement expenditures for any ongoing software
license or maintenance agreement or competitively
solicited software purchase, when the software, license,
or maintenance agreement is available through only the
software creator or its manufacturer and not a reseller ( 30 ILCS 500/1-13 (b)(10)) The Comprehensive Digital Repository Solution Software is currently being used by the University. The ITS Dept. decided on a 3-year agreement for cost savings.
