The University awarded a contract for the annual Southern Illinois Music Festival.
The Southern Illinois Music Festival is an annual event that provides musical events during the month of June.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes in the procurement code because the procurement expenditures are necessary to provide artistic or musical services, performances, or productions held at a venue operated by a public institution of higher education. This purchase of Artistic or Musical services is made in accordance with 30 ILCS 500/1-12.
