The University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to support the successful implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning, awarded under RFP# EWM187 in April 2025. This Request for Proposal is intended to identify experienced implementation partners for the configuration and implementation of the Adaptive Platform. The objective is to streamline budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.

This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
There is a 1 percent BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details.
The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
