The University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) seeks to procure the services of a qualified vendor to research, analyze, and complete an Energy and Carbon Plan for the East and West campuses that will provide methods to achieve the mid-term (2028) climate action goals set by UIC.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
