The University awarded a contract for a higher education management provider.
AllCampus is a higher education management provider that will provide Marketing Services, Student Recruitment Services, Student Enrollment Assistance Services, Market Research, Provisioning of Technology, Student Support Services, and Consulting Services for the College of Business.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for events or activities paid for exclusively by revenues generated by the event or activity, gifts, or donations for the event or activity, private grants, or any combination thereof. (30 ILCS 500 / 1-13(b)(2)) Partnering with AllCampus PB LLC is in the best interest of the University because it directly supports the institution's strategic goals of enhancing graduate enrollment, improving student success, and strengthening the College of Business's competitive positioning in the higher education market.
