Miscellaneous structural repairs to the parking structure. The scope includes, but is not limited to, new roofing, masonry replacement, new steel lintels, replace expansion joints, etc.
This Project is located at: Wood Street Parking Structure, 1100 S. Wood Street, Chicago, IL 60612
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held at 10:00 AM on 8/19/2025. We will meet at the main entrance to the garage.
Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.
