Project Description
This project replaces elevators in the following buildings: TSSB- Fred H. Turner Student Services Building - Bldg. 0188 and LCLB- Literatures, Cultures and Linguistics Building Bldg. 0172. TSSB- Fred H. Turner Student Services Building Bldg. 0188: The TSSB has two public traction elevators. The elevators have five stops that include the Ground and floors one through four. The elevator machine room is above the two elevator shafts and must be accessed from the building mechanical penthouse.
This Project is located at: Turner Student Services Building, 610 E John St, Champaign, IL 61820 Literatures, Cultures & Linguistics Building, 707 S. Mathews Ave, Urbana, IL 61801
MANDATORY virtual pre-bid conferences for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held at 10:00 AM on 4/8/2025 and 4/10/2025 through 312-626-6799 Meeting ID: 880 4992 6283 Password: 1867. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend at least one of these meetings.
