Addendum 01 supplements and amends the project manual and the drawings and shall be taken into account in preparing this proposal and shall become a part of the contract documents. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum by listing the number and date, where provided, on the bid form (document provided by the contractor.) This Addendum provides pre-bid meeting information, updates specification and drawing information, only, and does not alter the previously published bid date(s).

Project Description
The project scope includes lintel replacement, resetting of existing coping units, masonry tuckpointing, isolated brick replacement and rebuild, limestone cleaning, sealant replacement at the limestone band and the addition of expansion joints at the building corners.
This Project is located at: All work shall take place in and in the immediate surroundings of Leonard Hall and Shelden Hall, located at Lincoln Avenue Residence (LAR) Hall (Building Number 0141), Address: 1005 S Lincoln, Urbana, IL 61801.
A non-mandatory (but encouraged) site visit will take place after each pre-bid conference at the east elevation of Lincoln Avenue Residence Hall at 1005 S Lincoln, Urbana, IL 61801. Representatives of the Owner and/or the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures.
