This project consists of improvements to the B4 and F29 parking decks, including replacements of the expansion joints and traffic coating.

This Project is located at: 1105 W Gregory Dr, Urbana, IL 377 N Goodwin Ave, Urbana, IL.

A MANDATORY virtual pre-bid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held at 10:00AM on 5/20/2026 through Telephone Number:(312) 626-6799, Meeting URL: 822 7206 5441 Password:1867. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures.

A second MANDATORY virtual pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00am on 06/02/2026 through Phone: (312) 626-6799, Meeting ID: 846 1431 2556, Password:1867. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE ONLY REQUIRED TO ATTEND ONE(1) OF THE TWO AVAILABLE PRE-BID MEETINGS.
