The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is soliciting qualifications and proposals from experienced development teams -each a Proposer Team- for the award of a concession, involving land to be owned by the University, located within the 128-acre Illinois Quantum and Microelectronics Park -IQMP- at 8080 South DuSable Lake Shore Drive in Chicago, Illinois, as depicted in Section 2.9 of this RFP -the Project Site-, and to enter into a public-private partnership for the financing, design, and construction of two facilities, the National Quantum Facility -the NQF- and Quantum Works -the QW-, and related improvements, as further described in this RFP, collectively, the Project, on the Project Site.
Proposals (3 hard copies and one e-version) will be accepted until January 9, 2026, 3 P.M. CST., at the address below:

The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
