The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign on behalf of the Utilities and Energy Services department requires the implementation of a Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD) system to enhance the monitoring, performance, and operational efficiency of campus building systems. As campus facilities continue to grow in complexity, there is an increasing need for advanced analytics tools that can proactively identify equipment faults, optimize energy usage, and support data-driven maintenance strategies.

Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
There is a 3 percent BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details.
The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
