The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, on behalf of the Office of University Counsel, seeks law firms to provide legal advice and related services to meet its needs for legal services related to international transactions and activities. The initial term is anticipated to be November 1, 2025 through June 30, 2029 with an option for one (1) six-year renewal.
There will be a pre-submission conference on Friday, August 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM CST. Participation is not required however, it is strongly recommended. Further information is provided in Section 1.2 of the solicitation document.
