Pricing is estimated based on known or potential projects during the initial term of the award. Changes in these projects or the types of projects could increase or decrease these estimates accordingly. Similarly, the BEP utilization is also dependent on these projects, and the vendors may be used more or less than the estimated amounts. The overall BEP goal of 5% is proposed to be met by using a combination of these three vendors.

The University of Illinois seeks proposals from firms to provide real estate services. A full-service brokerage firm is needed to provide a range of services for the University system. Services will primarily involve tenant representation but may include acquisition and disposition of property, due diligence analysis, providing services related to tenant improvement construction and management, appraisal, preparation of financial pro-formas and financial analysis, deal structuring, and other real estate-related services.
As described in Section 1.5 of the RFP, a pre-submission teleconference will be held Monday, February 7, 2022, at 10:00 AM Central Time. Although it is not mandatory to attend, potential respondents are strongly recommended to attend. Please have a copy of the RFP available on the call. The University will review the RFP and highlight statutory requirements for submitting a proposal that can be evaluated. See the RFP document for call-in information.
Per section 1.4, questions must be received no later than March 1, 2022, at 5:00 PM Central Time. Questions received prior to Friday, February 4, 2022, at 5:00 PM Central Time will be responded to on the pre-submission teleconference. All questions should be submitted to Sarah Chronister via e-mail (e-mail provided in the RFP document).
Addendum 1 is being published to 1) provide a list of potential respondents that participated on the pre-submission conference call, 2) provide responses to questions posed by potential respondents, and 3) a change to the solicitation document.
