Addendum 01 supplements and amends the project manual and the drawings and shall be taken into account in preparing this proposal and shall become a part of the contract documents. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum by listing the number and date, where provided, on the bid form (document provided by the contractor.) This Addendum provides RFI clarifications, only, and does not alter the previously published bid date(s).

Project Description
The project objective, in accordance with the Arboretum Master Plan is to add parking capacity for the Doris Kelley Christopher Extension Center by expanding the existing asphalt surface parking lot, including relocation of stormwater facilities to underground tanks, lighting, paving, sidewalk connectors, rain gardens, and EV charging facilities.
This Project is located at: Northeast corner of Lincoln Ave. and Hazelwood Drive, Urbana, IL 61802
A virtual pre-bid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held at 10:00 AM on 6/4/2026 through Meeting URL: https://illinois.zoom.us/j/89200701538?pwd=EG1eq1UPb0mdZxCDdFkTRHpaNY9CIX.1&from=addon 1-312-626-6799 Meeting ID: 892 0070 1538 Password:1867. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend. An optional project site visit will be available for bidders. This will take place on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 11:30 AM.
