The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is seeking a qualified pool of vendors to provide real estate development advisory and consulting services in support of the University's real estate development strategies and project delivery, including public or private partnership programs and design-build programs. The initial term is anticipated to be May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2028 with an option for two 2-year renewal terms.
There will be a pre-submission conference on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM CDT. Participation is not required however, it is strongly recommended. Further information is provided in Section 1.2 of the solicitation document.

Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
There is a 30 percent BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details.
There is a 3 percent Veteran-owned business goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details.
The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
