The IPHEC seeks vendors to perform 403b plan advisory services, which may include quarterly, biannual, or annual committee meeting facilitation and documentation, compliance updates, investment policy and fund monitoring services, evaluation, recommendations for investment option offerings, and negotiations with investment recordkeepers under the IPHEC universities 403b retirement plans. In addition, the IPHEC is looking to engage vendors for the optional services of: fee benchmarking studies general retirement plan consulting.
