The University awarded a contract for consulting and professional services to Spirit Partners, Inc., Rock Island, IL, for an estimated $100,000.
Spirit Partners is uniquely qualified to provide consulting and professional services to Quad City Manufacturing Lab for their work on an existing NIU ICDM Program contract with the U.S. Army/TARDEC-TACOM.
