The date of the contract is extended to 6/30/22. Additional 50,000 tests needed: 15,000 tests @ $9.50/ea; 25,000 tests @ $9.00/ea; 10,000 tests @ $8.50/ea.

The University awarded a contract for COVID-19 Related Screening/Testing.
Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) has contracted with Med-Call for COVID-19 testing, including Saliva Specimen Collection and delivery of samples to the designated laboratory. Test results will be administered and provided by an independent, third-party laboratory.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for medical supplies or medical at a university-operated health care center or dispensary that provides care, treatment, and medications for students, faculty and staff (30 ILCS 500 / 1-13(b-5)) Local Funds
