Southern Illinois University Edwardsville awarded a 1-year contract to Hudl Incorporated live video capture and analysis software, recruiting services, and video exchange services. Required by the NCAA/OVC.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for procurement expenditures for any ongoing software
license or maintenance agreement or competitively
solicited software purchase, when the software, license,
or maintenance agreement is available through only the
software creator or its manufacturer and not a reseller ( 30 ILCS 500/1-13 (b)(10)) This one-year contract is for the continuing use of the Hudl live video capture and analysis
software, recruiting services, and video exchange services currently in use by Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
