SIU School of Medicine seeks to evaluate, select, and implement a modern educational software platform (or suite of solutions) to replace outdated and fragmented systems currently used for student and resident evaluations, curriculum mapping, and registration. The objective of this RFP is to secure a vendor solution that improves compliance with the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) requirements and standards, streamlines evaluation and registration workflows, enhances the user experience for faculty, students, and residents, and reduces reliance on multiple legacy platforms. The resulting contract is anticipated to cover the period from vendor selection through implementation and system transition, beginning in mid-2026.
