Addendum 01 supplements and amends the project manual and the drawings and shall be taken into account in preparing this proposal and shall become a part of the contract documents. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum by listing the number and date, where provided, on the bid form (document provided by the contractor). This Addendum updates specification and drawing information, includes a university standard document for doors, windows, and glazing, and provides RFI responses. This addendum does not alter the previously published bid date(s).

Project Description
The project will renovate existing restrooms located in Morrill Hall and Law Building. Renovation will include selective demolition and providing new plumbing fixtures, accessories, compartments, doors and finishes for specific restrooms in these buildings.
This Project is located at: 505 S. Goodwin Ave. Urbana, IL, 504 E. Pennsylvania Ave, Champaign, IL.
A virtual pre-bid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held at 10:00 AM on 7/3/2025 through a Zoom call at 312-626-6799 Meeting ID: 838 8040 2839 Password: 1867. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend. Site walk through will be held immediately following the Prebid Conference starting at Law Building, 504 E Pennsylvania Ave, Champaign, IL 61820
