Addendum 01 supplements and amends the project manual and the drawings and shall be taken into account in preparing this proposal and shall become a part of the contract documents. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum by listing the number and date, where provided, on the bid form (document provided by the contractor.) This Addendum updates specification information and adds a third mandatory pre-bid meeting, only, and does not alter the previously published bid date(s).

Project Description
The project consists of heating, ventilation, architectural and electrical renovations at Clark, Hall including selective demolition of existing wall and HVAC system. The new fan coil units in Clark Hall will be served by new piping risers originating from reverse-return loops at the second-floor ceiling. The new horizontal piping will be concealed in fabricated metal pipe chases along the walls. The project includes new electrical distribution and new building automation systems to serve the new fan coil units and mechanical room equipment. Various offices are to receive renovations including wall relocations, doors and ceiling modifications. The project also includes incidental work related to the HVAC installation, including asbestos and lead paint abatement, ceiling removal and replacement, lighting replacement, patching of existing surfaces, and limited fire suppression work.
