The University awarded a contract for International online student enrollment tool.
Vendor will provide to the University of Illinois Springfield an online student enrollment and marketing tool designed to enhance UIS' online presence and engagement with prospective international students.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for procurement expenditures incurred outside of the
United States for the recruitment of international
students. (30 ILCS 500/1-13 (b) (11) Vendor provides the ability to recruit students from countries with a higher percentage of students seeking US degrees. Vendor was identified as one of the most viable options and has an ethical business model and practices that align with the University's values.
