FRESH BREAD AND BAKERY GOODS BID IS DESIGNED TO SELECT THE DISTRIBUTOR TO FURNISH AND DELIVER FRESH BREAD AND BAKERY GOODS, FREIGHT INCLUDED TO NORTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY, DEKALB CAMPUS. DISTRIBUTOR DELIVERY WILL BE TO EACH OF THE THREE UNIVERSITY UNITS. SERVICES DAYS ARE TO BE 5 DAYS PER WEEK, MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY. DELIVERY DAYS TBD. A LIST OF BREAD AND BAKERY PRODUCTS USED BY THE UNIVERSITY IS INCLUDED WITH THIS BID. THE INITIAL TERM OF THIS CONTRACT EXTENDS UNTIL JUNE 30, 2030, WITH FIVE POSSIBLE ONE-YEAR RENEWALS.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
