This Addendum updates specification and drawing information and provides RFI responses, only, and does not alter the previously published bid date(s).

Project Description
Scope of work includes: planning, design, bid/award, construction phase, and warranty services for select interior spaces, mechanical, plumbing, lighting, and finish renovations in Buildings 1, 5, and 6. Scope will include readjustment mechanical, electrical and plumbing services/ fixtures, toilet partitions, interior finishes, addition or removal of room partitions, doors hardware and finishes as noted on drawings to meet Facility Standards for quality and energy efficiency. Reconfiguration of certain restrooms, is also needed to conform to the American Disabilities Act (ADA) and the users occupancy requirements.

Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend.
