Project Description
The Project consists of the installation of new finishes in public spaces (corridors, elevators, and stairs) in Wohlers Hall. Finishes will include but are not limited to wall & door finishes, ceilings, flooring, door leafs, door hardware and wayfinding in the public corridors and stairwells of all floors of Wohlers Hall. Associated building MEP systems will be reworked including spinklers, drinking fountains, LED lighting and associated Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical.

A MANDATORY virtual pre-bid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held at 10:00 AM on 7/10/2025 through 312-626-6799, Meeting ID: 868 4663 3935, Password: 1867. Another MANDATORY virtual pre-bid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held at 10:00 AM on 7/24/2025 through 312-626-6799, Meeting ID: 893 5233 2134, Password: 1867. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend one of the available pre-bid meetings. Non-Mandatory on-site visits to view existing site and facilities will be held the next day after the prebid conference at Wohlers Hall (1206 S Sixth St, Champaign, IL 61820) at 10:00 A.M. The first site visit will be held on July 11th, and second site visit will be held on July 25th. Attendees shall meet at the northeast entrance of the building.
