This project will complete the second part of Phase 2, which includes the demolition of remaining old cells at North Campus Chiller Plant and the installation of 2-4 new cells.

A MANDATORY virtual pre-bid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held at 10:00AM on 9/9/2026 on a zoom call through Telephone Number: (312) 626-6799 Meeting ID: 835 3596 8711 Password: 1867. A second MANDATORY virtual pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00AM on 09/16/2026 through Phone: (312) 626-6799, Meeting ID: 849 2881 4587, Password: 1867. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE ONLY REQUIRED TO ATTEND ONE(1) OF THE TWO AVAILABLE PRE-BID MEETINGS. Two in person site walkthrough will be held at the project site on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 2:00PM and on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 2:00PM. A representative from the Professional Services Consultant and the University will be available during the walkthrough to address any questions related to the project. Attendance is not mandatory for site walkthrough, however, prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures.
